Yes. We manage the entire permit process—surveys, engineering, applications, inspections. You sign where needed; we handle the legwork and follow-up.

You'll know the total cost before we break ground. No allowances, no TBD line items. If material costs go up after signing, that's our problem, not yours.

Minor changes (paint colors, fixture upgrades) are usually no problem. Structural changes require new permits and cost money. We recommend finalizing decisions before permits to avoid delays.

For custom builds, we draw from your construction loan at predetermined milestones. You don't pay until work is complete and inspected. No upfront deposits beyond earnest money.

We primarily build in Brevard, Indian River, and Volusia counties. Depending on project size, we may consider other Central Florida locations. Ask us.
